Carnitas is a traditional Mexican dish that originated in the state of Michoacan. The word "carnitas" translates to "little meats" in Spanish. This dish is particularly popular for its flavorful and tender slow-cooked pork. Served with two large sides and 15 tortillas, large chips and large salsa.
